In May 2008, OGEPAR became holder of the 800 shares of the company PIERRE VELGHE EN KINDEREN b.v.b.a. and consequently fully took over the company, as well as its subsidiary GENTSE METAALWERKEN b.v.b.a.. The 50 are large factory grounds of GENTSE METAALWERKEN, with its industrial warehouse and offices, is located in Gent, Dok Noord 10. From now on, PIERRE VELGHE EN KINDEREN will be named ELAIS IMMO.
