We have recently inaugurated our new seat of our companies in Burundi. It is an investment of USD 650.000 Before the reception we visited the arboretum of Bujumbura. Through PROCOBU, the group OGEPAR has planted more than 25 species of native trees on 15 ha. The arboretum of Bujumbura is located in Gatumba – in the delta formation of the Rusizi. It is a micro-preserve for several animals (hippopotamus, antilopes, monkeys, pangolins,…). In term, the arboretum will be a research centre for botanic professors and students. The inhabitants of Bujumbura can relax there and enjoy nature and the open air.
