The group OGEPAR has taken over 51% of the group FOCAST (www.focast.fr) FOCAST consists of 6 companies, of which 1 parent company and 5 subsidiaries, of which 4 are foundries. These 5 subsidiaries are situated on 5 different locations in France. The consolidated turnover was 76 million Euro in 2008 and 55 million Euro in 2009. FOCAST employs 500 people. All casting pieces for both ABC and KBB should progressively be manufactured by FOCAST.
