On the 29th of May 2014, the National Bank of Rwanda signed a purchase agreement for our 46.875 shares (25%) in the insurances Group SORAS ltd. with the SANLAM EMERGING MARKETS PROPRIETARY (SEM) Limited. This act consisted of the last condition to fulfill the contract of cessation signed end of the year 2013.
