OGEPAR becomes second shareholder within SORAS GROUP ltd

Our subsidiary RWANDAMOTOR already held 8.000 out of 150.000 shares of Rwanda’s first insurance company : SORAS GROUP ltd (www.soras.co.rw).
OGEPAR bought 37.500 new shares out of the total of 187.500 SORAS GROUP shares – which equals over 5,5 million USD capital increase – and bought 1.375 old shares from a third shareholder. As a result of these actions, our group holds now 46.875 shares of SORAS GROUP out of the total of 187.500 shares (e.g. 25% of the capital) and becomes the second shareholder within this insurance company.
