Management Structure

The Ogepar Group is centrally led but decentrally managed: responsibility for the Group's strategy and direction lies with the four members of the Board of Directors of Ogepar NV, the Group's holding company. Thanks to an efficient reporting system, the Group's companies operate in their respective markets with a high degree of managerial autonomy.
