Mergers by absorption: BURUNDIMOTOR and CONGO MOTORS

During the last quarter of 2013, BURUNDIMOTOR and CONGO MOTORS were transferred to PROCOBU and CFE before being absorbed by merger.
The poor level of activity of these two companies didn’t justify their existence.
