Change of share-holdership and capital of Pegard Productics

During the extraordinary general meeting of June 26th. 2006 was decided : That the company proceeds to a decrease of capital by withdrawing the loss carried from as per December 31th. 2005.
There was also decided to increase the capital by 1.000.000 EUR by Ogepar and to 101.304 EUR by the Walloon Region. The Walloon Region has ceded the 119.606 new shares (created by the increase of the capital) to the company Anglo Belgian Corporation. After these operations, the capital of Pegard Productics will amount to 1.334.483,20 EUR and will be compound by 1.641.283 shares divided as following :
