New issue of capital SCIMI s.a.
The "Société Commerciale Ivoirienne de Materiel Industriel s.a." (abbreviation SCIMI) has undergo a capital raise to the amount of 100 million FCFA ( the equivalent of 152.450 euro) by the issue of 10.000 shares at par, due by subscription. Our society Anglo Belgian Corporation nv took part at the capital raise by subscribing for 3.500 new shares, by which it maintains its participation of 35 % in Scimi. The two other shareholders followed ABC by subscribing for the capital raise, COGENAF and the African Holding for Development subscribed for resp. 35 % and 30%, by which they also keep their participation in Scimi.
