t.i. Purchase of all remaining shares of Pegard Productics s.a.
OGEPAR s.a. bought the 56.263 shares in the company PEGARD PRODUCTICS s.a. from the Wallonian Government. As a result of this operation, OGEPAR owns now 100 % of the shares of PEGARD PRODUCTICS s.a. This action was done by the realization of the following elements:
- A capital increase by OGEPAR s.a. in the company PEGARD PRODUCTICS s.a. amounting to 500.000 EUR
- Consolidation of the loans granted by the OGEPAR group in favour of PEGARD PRODUCTICS s.a. amounting to one million EUR.
The Wallonian Government has refunded in PEGARD PRODUCTICS s.a. the product from the sales of the 56.263 shares as a loan under preferential conditions.
