Acquisition of 100% of DESCO and fusion by absorption
OGEPAR s.a. has acquired 999 extra social shares of DESCO s.p.r.l. of which she now owns 1.999 of the 2.000 shares. DESCO is the specialist in DRC in the field of welding and everything that is related to welding and in along with that (materials, projects/yards …). DESCO is namely the company who had constructed several diesel tanks (now in final phase) – of 250.000 litres each – for the future thermal station of Brazzaville (see picture). Immediately after the repurchase, DESCO has been absorbed by the sister company PROCOKI s.a.r.l.. DESCO's activities will be continued but this time under "DESCO – division of PROCOKI".
